Rachel

Rachel

Rachel- I became an MSF Certified Instructor in 2003 and taught for several companies in Washington State before opening my own school in Spokane in 2007.  Motorcycles have been my life since learning to ride at 16 years old and I am passionate about training and continuing education for all riders!  I've taken every class I could find through the years, including police motorschool and have had the luxury of owning several bikes.  I became a WMSP Mentor Instructor in 2008 and not only get to help our students be the best they can be, but our other instructors as well!  I love helping and learning from others!  The other instructors and the students inspire me every day to  always strive towards excellence!  When you love what you do... you can hardly call it "work"!

Moe

Moe

Moe- I have been a MSF instructor since 2005, and a WSMP mentor since 2008.  There is nothing more exciting for me, than watching a student who has never ridden a motorcycle, take their "1st ride" across the range.  Many of my friends have either been injured or killed riding motorcycles.  The majority of which had no formal training.  As an instructor, where I find the most value, is to believe that through my effort, I could help save one persons life.  If  you ever take a class or just drive by our range, and you see someone clapping their hands and saying "much moe-better"  that would be me.

And remember, Four wheels moves the body.  Two wheels moves the soul.

Mike

Mike -30 year Mead school bus driver & school bus driving instructor; 33 years riding uninformed before becoming informed/educated, then certified as a motorcycle safety training instructor in 2000, WMSP mentor in 2006.  I especially enjoy interaction with students, sharing their light bulb moments & the entertainment of their progress as we take this ride from frightened to enlightened!  Away from training, Tawnto enjoys moments of Bewilderment riding whatever is available into the forests, deserts, & grasslands we are fortunate to enjoy here in the Inland Northwest...

and the next best thing to riding?  disco dinosaur senior citizen roller skating  a.k.a.   "round d' round crash testing dummees"

Reuben

Reuben

Reuben - I received my MSF certification in 2008 and joined the SMS crew that same year.  I have a passion for all things motorcycles.  I got into teaching Motorcycle Safety to help people learn about the risk of motorcycling and give them tools to build their own strategy for riding safely on the streets and potentially save their lives.  I believe we can all be great motorcyclists and with lots of practice we will always be on top of our game.  I enjoy riding my Sabre as much as I possibly can. I just recently turned over 35k miles on this bike and am excited for all the miles left to come.

Motorcycling is my Bliss!

Keith

Keith -“Flying across the ground” is the best description I can give a non rider for the reason I enjoy riding so much.  After retiring from the military in 2008 I became a MSF rider coach to help riders stay safe while enjoying the ride.  When I went thru rider training my coach gave me a piece of advice that saved my life one day when I had a car cross the center line into my lane.  I’ve enjoyed every class as people’s skill and confidence improves and I hope that everyone that rides receives some type of instruction to make the ride as safe as can be.  My dream ride is coast to coast and border to border in the next few years.  Then the dirt/gravel “Trail Across America” ride!  Recently I joined the ranks of Triumph rider’s aboard a Triumph Scrambler.
